THE INTENTIONAL LIFE PROJECT

 

The Intentional Life Project is a small curated group of high-character and purpose-driven women committed to personal growth, living intentional lives, spiritual and mindset expansion and breaking their limiting thought patterns that keep them stuck and unhappy in relationships, in their our own body’s health & wellness situation and in stall mode of our career dreams and goals.  You will find that there are goals that you never even knew you actually had! We will root them out…and execute them….for you and your 6yr old, 12yr old, 21 yr old self!!!

 

 This is a coaching & co-creating mastermind year-long program that supports you via our curated small tribe(sorority!)  of like-minded friends you never knew you had, intentional culture of support, fun, lovers of beauty and life hacks, cleaning and organizing hacks, personal style, spiritually adventurous and open to see the wonders of this creation we call the world and truthful introspection.  This will be accomplished by way of  bi-monthly group touch bases, curated growth curriculum, occassional expert contributors, field trips, (and destination retreats if this is something that interests the group!)  and mind & body coaching to drive sustainable change, good energy and intentional happy mindset in your real life. All you need to do is show up, energy rich and ready for that day’s daily dose of insight and inspiration.
